What we collect

When you send a message or request a home value, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number
• Your message, the topic you select and, for home value requests, the property address and timing
• The page you sent the form from and, if present, the campaign details in the link you followed

We also use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies or personal profiles, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.

How we use it

• To reply to you and provide the real estate services you ask about
• To keep a record of your inquiry in Téa's client management system (Rechat)
• To prevent spam and abuse of the website

By sending a form, you agree that Téa may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. You can ask her to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help run this website and respond to you (website hosting, our database, email delivery and Rechat), with SERHANT. as Téa's brokerage, or when required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you shared, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing teristavi@serhant.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements.
