Pacific Heights

Grand blocks, quiet streets, the bay below.

Pacific Heights sits high on the ridge above the Marina and Cow Hollow, with some of the most admired architecture in San Francisco and views that open up at nearly every corner.

What it is like

Fillmore Street runs through the middle with boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Alta Plaza and Lafayette Park give the neighborhood two big green living rooms.

Away from Fillmore, the streets are calm and residential, from stately single-family homes to classic condo buildings and Edwardian flats.

The homes

Victorian and Edwardian homes, large single-family residences, and elegant condo and co-op buildings. Téa has helped clients buy condos here, including first-time buyers.
