Bayview

Sun, space and a neighborhood on the rise.

In the southeast corner of the city, Bayview offers more sunshine, more square footage and some of the best value in San Francisco, with the bay never far away.

What it is like

Third Street is the main corridor, served by the T Third light rail. Community gardens, local businesses and long-time families give it a real neighborhood feel.

Hills like Bayview Hill and the shoreline parks at India Basin and Heron’s Head offer surprising open space.

The homes

Single-family homes with garages and yards, plus newer townhomes and condos. Téa currently represents a three-bedroom home on Quesada Avenue here.
