Noe Valley &the Mission

The sunniest side of the city.

Where Guerrero Street meets the hills of Noe Valley, two very different neighborhoods share the same warm microclimate. One is famous for its strollers and its 24th Street; the other for its murals, its food and its energy.

What it is like

Noe Valley feels like a small town: 24th Street’s cafés, a weekend farmers market and family-friendly blocks that climb toward Twin Peaks.

The Mission is lively and full of history, with Dolores Park, Valencia Street and some of the best taquerias anywhere.

The homes

Painted Victorians and Edwardians, renovated single-family homes, and condos in two- to six-unit buildings. Téa sold a three-bedroom condo on Guerrero Street here.
